Function / Content

This series consists of a digitised copy of a scrapbook kept by Beni Carr Glyn Burnett when he was living in Shanghai, China. The scrapbook contains photographs, newspaper clippings, watercolour paintings, and sketches. Included are images of ships, theatre performers, Scottish military units, and examples of Burnett's graphic design work for the Shanghai unit of the Boy Scouts, and the Saint Andrew's Club.
